This house is in a semi-rural area of Ellwood on a small river. The back of the house has a view/access of the river. Exterior is vinyl siding with an added on storage room in the back of the house. The exterior of this room is wood siding and the interior in unfinished. There is two broken windows. The floors are laminate hardwood and linoleum tile. The walls are sheet rock and wood panel with a small amount of damage in one room. The interior of the main house is clean and there is a nice stone wood burning fireplace in the living room. The kitchen has been removed. The bathroom is winterized and in good condition. The furnace looks as if it was being worked on. (an additional component of the furnace is in the room on 4 x 4 blocks. The hot water heater is missing. The electrical panel has breakers intact.
